Hob Knob Restaurant has a reputation for fine food and attentive service established over sixty years ago when the Hob Knob was built as one of the country's first ski lodges.

The dining room is intimate, dominated by a huge fieldstone fireplace, hand-hewn beams, and ceiling high windows.
Hours
Dinner is available beginning at 6:00 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Reservations are recommended.
Fully Licensed Lounge
Appetizers and beverages are available in the Lounge, which opens at 6:00 Thursday through Saturday. During peak seasons and holidays, the lounge is open daily.
