The Hob Knob Restaurant in Stowe, Vermont has earned its reputation through the years as one of Vermont's most celebrated steakhouses. Only at the Hob Knob will you find certified Angus steaks, hand cut and seasoned in herbs and spices, then grilled to mouth watering perfection.

The dining room is intimate, dominated by a huge fieldstone fireplace, hand-hewn beams, and ceiling high windows.
The restaurant is open year round for parties of 10 or more. By reservation only.
Hours
The restaurant will reopen for the summer season June 17th. Dinner is served beginning at 5:30pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Reservations are recommended.
Fully Licensed Lounge
Appetizers and beverages are available in the Lounge, which opens at 5:30 Thursday through Saturday.
