Hob Knob Restaurant has a reputation for fine food and attentive service established over sixty years ago when the Hob Knob was built as one of the country's first ski lodges.

The dining room is intimate, dominated by a huge fieldstone fireplace, hand-hewn beams, and ceiling high windows.
The restaurant is open year round for parties of 10 or more. By reservation only.
Hours
The restaurant will reopen for the summer on June 25. Dinner is served beginning at 6pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Reservations are recommended.
